How much does a survey cost?
Every site is different. A flat block is cheaper than a steep one with heavy bush. Generally, boundary surveys start from $1,400 + GST.
How long does it take?
We can usually get to site within 3-5 days. The drawing work takes another 3-5 days after the field visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have clear access to the yard (gates unlocked, dogs inside), we can complete the work while you are at work.
What is the difference between Boundary and Detail?
Boundary surveys show invisible legal lines and mark corners. Detail surveys map the physical features (ground, trees, walls) for design purposes.
Do you cover all of Sydney?
Yes, we service all suburbs from the Blue Mountains to the Northern Beaches, and from Hornsby down to Sutherland.
Can I get an urgent survey?
Yes. For urgent setout work before a concrete pour, we can often attend within 24-48 hours for an additional fee.
